The Board of Commissioners for Clackamas River Water consists of five volunteer members, who reside within the water District and are elected by voters within the geographical boundaries of the District. The Board hires and oversees the general manager, determines policies and regulations for the District and approves the operating and capital budgets. In addition to regular executive meetings, special meetings, and work sessions, the board meets each month to consider District business.

Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m., at the District offices at 16770 SE 82nd Drive in Clackamas.
