Project Information

new-line-1

Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) are developed and constructed throughout the year to meet current and future water needs for the district. These projects can include pipe replacement and installation, reservoir design and construction, and upgrading and compliance of facilities. CIPs are funded through water sales, proceeds from revenue bond sales, and construction fund revenue (direct reimbursements, system development charges, and interest earnings).
