All water providers that hold water rights are required by the State of Oregon Water Resources Department to conduct a Water Conservation Program. Conservation delays the cost of new reservoirs, pumping stations, larger water mains, and reduces the impact on our rivers and streams. Conservation helps assure that our children will have enough water to meet their future needs. If we waste water and do not think of the future, we squander a precious resource.
