Beth McGinnis, MPH, ORCEMS
Beth McGinnis joined CRW in August 2021 as Emergency Manager. She has served in the public sector in public health and medical emergency management programs in the Portland Metro Area for 13 years. As Emergency Manager, she coordinates with the workforce to ensure Continuity of Operations as well as preparing the utility for emergency response activities across the various hazards and risks that could be encountered at CRW. Additionally, Beth oversees the Security Management program and serves as the Safety Coordinator for the district.
Beth holds a Master of Public Health degree from Oregon State University and she is an Oregon Certified Emergency Management Specialist (ORCEMS) as defined by the Oregon Emergency Management Association.
