Oregon Water Resources Department issued its “Final Order” approving the CRW Water Management and Conservation Plan (WMCP).  The content and process of a WMCP is governed by Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR). Approval of the WMCP is for 10 years and CRW will be required to submit a progress report in 5 years.
