Todd Heidgerken joined Clackamas River Water (CRW) as General Manager in April 2016 with an extensive 25-year career in the water industry. Todd has served in a number of roles encompassing the management of water systems, water supply planning, intergovernmental relations, and public information. In addition to his work history, Todd’s passion for providing safe drinking water is evident with his previous service on the Oregon Drinking Water Advisory Council, American Water Works Association Water Utility Council and his involvement with the Special Districts Association of Oregon.
Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and was recognized by the Oregon Office of Environmental Public Health for outstanding leadership in support of safe drinking water.
Adam M. Bjornstedt P.E.
Adam Bjornstedt joined Clackamas River Water in 2008 after serving in various engineering roles throughout the country with the US Public Health Service-Indian Health Service for nearly a decade.
Adam is responsible for the design and construction management of the District’s capital improvement projects as well as management of the Operations group, which maintains CRW’s distribution system of over 250 miles of waterlines, hydrants, valves, and services.
Adam received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from Oregon State University and maintains his Professional Engineers License with the State of Oregon.
Carol Bryck CPFO, CTP
Carol Bryck joined Clackamas River Water in 2009 after serving as Assistant Finance Director/Interim Finance Director for the City of Lake Oswego. As Chief Financial Officer she manages the Finance and Accounting Department and is responsible for the distribution of financial information such as Annual Adopted Budgets and Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports.
Carol received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Alaska, Anchorage and recently completed her Executive Masters of Public Administration degree at the Portland State University Mark O. Hatfield School of Government. She maintains two professional licenses: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) held since 1998 and Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO) achieved in 2010.
Adora Campbell, PHR
Adora Campbell serves as Human Resources Generalist for both CRW and Sunrise Water Authority providing both organizations with over 15 years of diverse human resources experience in public and private sector workplace environments.
Adora holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Christian College and a maintains a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Rob Cummings has served Clackamas River Water (CRW) for 35 years. He joined Clackamas Water District, which ultimately became part of Clackamas River Water, in 1979. In 1984 he became the Assistant Production Supervisor of the water treatment plant before eventually taking on the role as Water Resources Manager.
Rob attended the Clackamas Community College (CCC) Wastewater Treatment and Waterworks Technology Program. He maintains an Oregon Health Authority Grade IV Certification in Water Treatment and an Oregon Grade III Certification in Water Distribution.
Kham Keobounnam joined Clackamas River Water in 2010. She brings over 15 years of experience in network and computer support to the District.
Kham holds an Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology from Portland Community College and certificates in CompTIA+ and as a Web Page Specialist. She’s participated in many technical training boot camps throughout her career including training in Cisco network devices and computer hardware.
Beth McGinnis, MPH, ORCEMS
Beth McGinnis joined CRW in August 2021 as Emergency Manager. She has served in the public sector in public health and medical emergency management programs in the Portland Metro Area for 13 years. As Emergency Manager, she coordinates with the workforce to ensure Continuity of Operations as well as preparing the utility for emergency response activities across the various hazards and risks that could be encountered at CRW. Additionally, Beth oversees the Security Management program and serves as the Safety Coordinator for the district.
