Todd Heidgerken, GM
Todd Heidgerken joined Clackamas River Water (CRW) as General Manager in April 2016 with an extensive 25-year career in the water industry. Todd has served in a number of roles encompassing the management of water systems, water supply planning, intergovernmental relations, and public information. In addition to his work history, Todd’s passion for providing safe drinking water is evident with his previous service on the Oregon Drinking Water Advisory Council, American Water Works Association Water Utility Council and his involvement with the Special Districts Association of Oregon.
Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and was recognized by the Oregon Office of Environmental Public Health for outstanding leadership in support of safe drinking water.
Adam M. Bjornstedt P.E.
Adam Bjornstedt joined Clackamas River Water in 2008 after serving in various engineering roles throughout the country with the US Public Health Service-Indian Health Service for nearly a decade.
Adam is responsible for the design and construction management of the District’s capital improvement projects as well as management of the Operations group, which maintains CRW’s distribution system of over 250 miles of waterlines, hydrants, valves, and services.
Adam received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from Oregon State University and maintains his Professional Engineers License with the State of Oregon.
Adora Campbell, PHR
Adora Campbell serves as Human Resources Generalist for CRW with over 15 years of diverse human resources experience in public and private sector workplace environments.
Adora holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Christian College and a maintains a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Kham Keobounnam, IT-MG
Kham Keobounnam joined Clackamas River Water in 2010. She brings over 15 years of experience in network and computer support to the District.
Kham holds an Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology from Portland Community College and certificates in CompTIA+ and as a Web Page Specialist. She’s participated in many technical training boot camps throughout her career including training in Cisco network devices and computer hardware.
Jason Kirkpatrick, CFO
Jason Kirkpatrick CPA, CFE, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Jason is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University Pomona with a degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Oregon and Virginia and is also a licensed Municipal Auditor in Oregon. Jason also maintains his designation as a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners which allows him to stay up to date on the latest fraud risks and strengthening internal controls to mitigate the risk of loss to the organization. During his career he has worked in public accounting, government and industry; which includes significant management responsibilities and extensive experience in accounting, budgeting and performing analytical procedures. Jason’s focus is on accurate and timely financial reporting to management.
Beth McGinnis, MPH, ORCEMS
Beth McGinnis joined CRW in August 2021 as Emergency Manager. She has served in the public sector in public health and medical emergency management programs in the Portland Metro Area for 13 years. As Emergency Manager, she coordinates with the workforce to ensure Continuity of Operations as well as preparing the utility for emergency response activities across the various hazards and risks that could be encountered at CRW. Additionally, Beth oversees the Security Management program and serves as the Safety Coordinator for the district.
John McKevitt, WR-MG
John comes to the Clackamas River Water with more than 40 years of experience. In his career he has primarily worked commissioning and operating surface water treatment plants. Like the Clackamas River Water plant, utilizing direct filtration, enhanced with coagulation and corrosion control. He has operated with chlorination and mono-chlorination, ammoniation processes. He has experience operating plants ranging from 3 million gallons per day capacity to over 120 million gallons per day and has certified laboratories through the State of Oregon for the analysis of the microbiological suitability of drinking water. He has worked for the regionalization of coastal water supplies and has experience working with the Oregon Department of Water Resources certifying water rights.
John maintains an Oregon Health Authority Water Treatment IV-FE (Filtration Endorsed), A Water Distribution Level II and Wastewater Treatment IV (exp) Certifications. Pursuing an Art Education/Music minor degree in his early college days he changed his attention to safe drinking water and holds an Associated Degree of Science in Environmental Technology.
Jon Sleight, WD-SUP
Jon joined Clackamas River Water’s distribution team in 2002. In 2021 he was promoted into the Water Distribution Supervisor position.
Jon holds an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Water and Environmental Technology. He maintains an Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Grade 4 Certification in Water Distribution and a OHA Grade 1 Certification in Water Treatment.
